v48 is up. It contains a tram line in the capital plus a branch line where LINT will operate like the O-Train in Canada here: https://youtu.be/FB9fpEdJELw?si=QjU7WeC095w8f980

Also there is a new central station and a freight bypass. Have fun!

Auld lang syne, my dears,

an intermediate version of the teamwork will be uploaded soon. It contains new, small connections between already existing lines, which allows for big impact:
 IC1 extended southward to ✈ Clydeshire Airport (low level),
 IC4 routed via the airport,
 IC4 extended northward to Kitty-Cat-Land 🐱,
 the small towns Erskine and Fochabers at my western border are marked and named on the map.

🎇 So far for now, now have a Happy New Year! 🎆

Hello all and enjoy your meals :) ,

while nobody else seems to have time for the teamwork for now, a new intermediate version was uploaded in secrecy. It includes a new ‘low-speed line’ from St. Peters & Ordham station on the high-speed line to Inverfyne (the town). It is already used by hourly ICE11 on the way to the Islands of Argull and Byte. Onward ferry connections are planned.

I’ll keep the network in custody and we’ll see how many more ICE routes will make their way to Inverfyne (the region) in the following days. 🔨🛠️🔧

Happy new year to you all! Hopefully this year will be productive too, but I don't expect much to happen during January from my part

Hello,
very, very early this morning a new version 49 has finally found its way onto the drive. TGV and Thalys trains have been temporarily suspended due to timetabling conflicts, but hourly ICE11 and two-hourly ICE13 are running (or rather: trundling along at a leisurely 280 km/h) from Clydeshire Airport ✈ along the high-speed line until Inverfyne, where they part ways for Garrochty ⛴ (one half of ICE11), Rothesay ⛴ (other half of ICE11) and Warstones ⛴ (ICE13 with helper diesel engine). The next time, ICE12 will follow suit and fill the remaining gap every two hours.

And because nobody is watching, a new line from 2nd Junction northwards towards Cairndow is secretly being built without permission from the nonexistant landowner.

v50 is up. Don´t expect anything, it was just buiding in the velocities on the Lint Line and test rides what is minor but takes its time...

Hello,

long time no read (once again). But in the meantime, seismic changes did happen – a big earthquake did move Inverchorachan 10km to the east, which has the advantage of reducing the detour the rail line from Torkham to Cairndow has to take. In addition, the Inverfyne Fastline from slightly east of Alcester to Holt Heath has opened, which allows IC11 to make the sprint from Cairndow to Inverfyne in less than 30min. The Inverfyne Mainline will soon be reduced from four to two tracks on the section where it was supplanted be the new Fastline.

Another fast line has materialized from Torkham through the unguarded No Man’s Land to the border at Willey, and hourly IR23 is already making use of it, accompanied by a freight train every two hours (alterning container only and containers+lorry trailers+swap bodies). IR24 to the east and IR25 to the southeast and west are trying to do the same, but are currently running only as far as Torkham city limits.

Much time was needed to create two sets of tangled noodles, one to the south and one to the north of Torkham Central station, but now the station approaches are mostly complete. *phew*

A sneak preview of the next version is available as No. 50¼ on The Drive.
